LSU associate head coach and running backs coach Frank Wilson, along with defensive coordinator Blake Baker, stopped by University High this week to visit with five-star lineman Lamar Brown.

The Baton Rouge native and the state's No. 1 player excels as both an offensive and defensive lineman.

247 Sports ranks Brown as the country's No. 1 defensive lineman for 2026, while Rivals ranks him as the No. 1 interior offensive lineman. Wherever he plays, he will surely make an impact.

Brown recently named LSU, Texas A&M, Florida State, and Miami his top schools and plans to announce his commitment on July 4th this summer.

How can any self-respecting U-high Cub or Baton Rouge resident even remotely consider going to College Station? smh.
