LSU Adds 4-Star Speedy WR Jelani Watkins To Its 2024 Class

LSU's recent hot streak on the recruiting trail continued Friday with four-star wide receiver Jelani Watkins announcing his commitment to the Tigers.
The speedster from Houston, Texas (Klein Forest) is one of the fastest recruits in the 2024 cycle. He picked the Tiger over Texas, Texas A&M, and Arkansas.
Watkins is the fifth player to commit to LSU over the last two weeks and the 23 overall commitment for the Tigers 2024 class. He will also be a massive addition to LSU's Track & Field squad.
