Four-star LSU outside linebacker commit Marcel Brooks from Flower Mound, TX tweeted out the following picture of him and head coach Ed Orgeron on Tuesday, with a message that said he will sign with the Tigers Wednesday morning.

The 6-3, 200-pounder from Marcus High School is rated No. 3 outside linebacker in the country for the class of 2019, according to 247Sports and Rivals.
