Here is a look at some of the latest NCAA Tournament Projections for LSU (24-5, 14-2), as of Tuesday, March 5.
CBS:
No. 2 LSU vs. No. 15 Wright State in Tulsa.
In the West Region (Anaheim).
USA Sports Today:
No. 3 LSU vs. No. 14 Texas State in Tulsa.
In the West Region (Anaheim).
ESPN:
No. 4 LSU vs. No. 13 Lipscomb in Hartford.
In the East Region (Washington D.C.).
Team Rankings has LSU as No. 2 seed.
The Tigers are currently ranked No. 10 in the AP Top 25 and Coaches Poll and have a NET Ranking of 13.
LSU takes on Florida in Gainesville this Wednesday and wraps up the regular season on Saturday vs. Vanderbilt at the PMAC.
Coach Will Wade and the Tigers are currently tied for first place in the SEC and will not need to play in the SEC Tournament until Friday, March 15 as they have already earned a double bye. LSU will play in one-of-four games that Friday with the first game starting at 12 p.m. CT on ESPN.
