LSU sophomore forward Tari Eason announced Friday that he is declaring for the NBA Draft.

Eason, a transfer from Cincinnati, was LSU's best player this past season averaging 16.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, and one assist per game coming off the bench.

The Los Angeles native was named first-team All-SEC by the league coaches and earned the Sixth Man Award earlier this month.

Good for him, Will Wade believed in him and earned him some great money. He was a great player and I hope he is extremely successful.

Him coming off the bench was silly. One of the best players in the league not starting…
