The No. 10 LSU Tigers (24-5, 14-2 SEC) travel to Gainesville on Wednesday to take on the Florida Gators (17-12, 9-7 SEC) in a mid-week matchup at Exactech Arena.

Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2 and Karl Ravech and Andy Kennedy will be on the call. Per LSUSports.net:

The Tigers have three-straight wins over Tennessee, Texas A&M and at Alabama, while Florida had its five-game win streak stopped at home Saturday by Georgia. The Gators enter the midweek in a five-way tie for fourth place and the final double-bye spot in the SEC Tournament which begins next week in Nashville.

But LSU’s last loss was at home to Florida, 82-77 in overtime, and this will be the first time in LSU’s road winning streak in the league of eight games that the Tigers will be trying to turn a home loss into a road win. The Tigers presently share the school record with the 1981 team with eight road wins in league play. Read more.
