Per LSUSports.net: Baton Rouge, La. – Trendon Watford sank a jumper and hit a free throw to complete the three-point play as LSU held on to claim a 79-77 victory over Arkansas Wednesday night in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. LSU improves to 10-4 on the season and 2-0 in SEC play. Arkansas drops to 12-2 and 1-1 in the SEC.

watched all of this game (first game of the year actually) i love how intense the Tigers look on the glass, stretching other teams out well. The defense has some lapse that keep them from pulling away last night. Wade has him a squad this year..keep it up!

After three 2 point losses this season, we finally get a close one. This team is so close to having only 1 loss on the season. If only we had a little more age. All that being said, Wade always gets it together come SEC play.
