Very encouraging to see the team pick up the slack whenever Waters was held in check scoring wise. That’s the sign of a team coming together. No doubt in my mind Coach Wade is the real deal! Can’t wait for the next game!

Waters and Mays had a solid game breaking the press and distributing. Reath continues to play solid D around the basket without fouling. Epps, Sampson and some of the other role players are the keys to continuing the team success that we saw last night.

This is what happens when you have a real fricking coach. No matter how talented or untalented a team is, if the players by into the system, the team will always play better.

The rebounding and defense tonight were night and day different than what we saw to start the year. This team just keeps getting better and better.

A team with middle of the road talent that 100% buys into a good scheme can be dangerous. These kids have bought in. Very easily could be 13-2. They’re very unselfish and they play their arse off.
