LSU basketball officially announced the signing of 2022 five-star forward Julian Phillips on Wednesday.

Phillips, a 6-8, 200-pound prospect from Link Academy in Branson, MO., is rated the No. 2 power forward in the country and the No. 14 overall recruit in the class of 2022, according to 247Sports.

He committed to LSU back on October 8, picking the Tigers over USC, Tennessee, and Florida State.
