Elite five-star power forward and future LSU Tiger Julian Phillips was named to the 2022 McDonald’s All-American team on Tuesday.

Phillips, a 6-8, 200-pound prospect from Branson, Missouri (Link Year Prep) is rated the No. 2 power forward in the country and the No. 15 overall recruit for the class of 2022. He signed with LSU this past November over USC, Tennessee, and Florida State.

The 2022 McDonald's All-American game will be played on Tuesday, March 29 at the United Center in Chicago.

Man the competition is rough. Arkansas, Alabama and Kentucky all have two players each that are McDonald's All Americans. Duke has three.
