The UN needs to pass a resolution that says if you are a spectator at a cycling event and cause an accident by interfering, the cyclists or crowd members have immunity to beat you senseless.

Aren't they getting tired of both cyclist and people getting hit???? Haven't heard of yellow caution tape or cones? Why do they keep letting this injury happen? Seems like they can be smart enough to figure out how to protect all people involved. Those guys competing or whatever they call it and they have someone step/ride in front of them causing an injury.
