The ligaments of my knees went weird when I get a growth spurt at about 16. This has actually happened to me about a dozen or so times since then over the last 25 years, and I had to do the exact same thing. It's no joke at all, and it hurts beyond belief.

Knee cap Larry. A dislocated knee is what Zach Miller did against the saints. It’s a surgical emergency or you can lose your leg.

Yeah - knee cap dislocation is painful enough but not all that unusual - a knee dislocation is what prompted me to watch this video - glad it was only a knee cap - knee would be horrific
