Never really thought what I would do if I was on a jog and got attacked by a mountain lion. Just off the top of my head, I would most likely pee my pants and play dead as he ate me whole. This guy knew exactly what to do and it saved his life, per NBC...

“The runner did everything he could to save his life,” said Mark Leslie, CPW’s Northeast region manager. “In the event of a lion attack you need to do anything in your power to fight back, just as this gentleman did.”

Ive been attacked by several house cats in my life. The best advice I can give is to let them dig in with their claws for a few seconds and they will almost always release. If you fight it, they just dig in harder and get angrier.
