ESPN's Paul Finebaum appeared on 'McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning' on Monday and commented on Alabama offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb's recent departure after National Signing Day.

Grubb is now headed to the Seattle Seahawks and Finebaum was 'troubled' with how the move went down. Per The Spun.
quote:

“I’m very troubled by this decision because, after Kalen DeBoer was hired, most people agreed that the hiring of Ryan Grubb was going to be his best move,” Finebaum said. “While I’m well aware he is replaceable, I don’t like what I’ve seen.

“I really don’t like the fact that Ryan Grubb stood up the other day and said I am the offensive coordinator if he wasn’t sure. I realized it was National Signing Day, but this whole thing really smells and I don’t know where the blame lies. I don’t mind the guy getting an opportunity. But, to me, it’s a very bad look for Alabama.”

I knew the knives would come out fast for this guy, but wow that was fast. He hasn't coached game one and the rumblings are rumbling. Better not lose coach...

The Bama obsession is going away. Only 5 of the 10 front page “news” articles are about Bama. The horror.

It's a bad look for Ryan Grubb. He appears to be shady. a liar and untrustworthy.
