Bike Lane Walkers

I ride at a major park with a dedicated walking lane and a dedicated bike lane. I won’t say which one, but it rhymes with Audubon.
About every other lap there is a walker or lady with a stroller in the bike lane. I’m not a fast rider, but I’m going fast enough that it’s sometimes a problem.
I announce which way I’m passing (left or right) pretty loud. But every once in a while it’s a little iffy and I have to slow down or almost stop.
First, AITA for yelling at them? All I’m doing is telling them I’m there, but my tone is pretty aggravated. Every once in a while I say, “this is the bike lane.”
Second, is there a better way to handle it?

You are not the ahole for yelling at idiot pedestrians in the dedicated bike lane.

You are not the a-hole.
I have the opposite problem. I walk CBD/Warehouse district almost every day and have to deal with idiot cyclists on the sidewalk, mostly grown men. I have yelled “you're not 12!” a time or two

Depends on how fast you’re going. Audubon isn’t a place for hardcore cycling. The bike lane has a clearly posted speed limit of 10 mph. If you want to go faster than and/or don’t want to wade through kids and the general public riding casually then Audubon isn’t for you.
The bigger issue there is having a college student fly by people unannounced at 25 mph on one of those single wheel electric skateboards.

I average about 11. Guess I could pull it back one. But I do get passed pretty often by faster bikers.

But that wasn't your question. Yes, you're perfectly within your rights to chirp at people WALKING in the bike lane.
