Yes it is. All the Walmart fans at TSAB.
Hey, TSAB fan. Aren't you happy about that gifted W against ole miss! That could have been loss no. 4 instead of only 3, in this not yet finished season. What a fantastic season so far! Good value for the money, huh?
Always a great feel good result, beating TSAB!
Right, there's nothing novel about beating the tigers in softball.

Hey Kev, GYYRG lib-tard
Yes, I have an issue with any team that doesn't stand for the anthem.
You are misleading. Do you work for a network, NBC?

She scores from second with a ground out to short stop, huh?
The pole is leaning to the right...

We go by Louisiana for Athletics. Just about every network and sports site is following suit. No big deal.
The tiger fan in the yellow shirt on the berm, had the best view and he turns away in disgust as the ball flies left of the foul pole.

Coach Napier is making $2m/year and he won't go to Refineryville. Why would he with sooooo many arrogant and ignorant arse fans?
Borrowed from a Cajun Fan, but too relevant not to include on this subject:

"They are only ranked because of COVID"
-We are ranked because we had a 10-1 record with a road win against the Big 12 Runner-Up/Fiesta Bowl Champions

“2020 didn’t count anyway.”
-Translation: "We weren't good, so we will downplay the season."

“Iowa State wasn’t any good.”
-Translation: "ULLLL beat them so, by default, we would've spanked them because we are LSU!!!"
-The true reality is that Iowa State's offense might've set passing records on that putrid LSU defense.
Well, we are bigger, 2nd largest school in the state for quite some time...not sure exactly, but I think it's around 70 years or so, maybe longer. We also have a bigger endowment than all of the other UL system schools combined. ULM tried to market themselves as Louisiana right from the start of the UL-home town option. It didn't work for them. We did it and it's working very well. Only a couple of sports sites still call us UL Lafayette, the majority use Louisiana as our athletic branding. Like LSU A&M @ BR just uses LSU.

Its funny, when Southwest Texas State changed their name to Texas State University, none of the other TX P5 schools bitched, moaned or blocked the change. Only in our state is something like this challenged by the flagship. Did anyone stop LA Tech from changing their name or UNO when they moved out of the LSU system?
If we played LSU's schedule, we would be in the SEC and getting $40M/year from tv contracts, so yes, given that change in financial strength...we would be competitive.

Aren't you happy Tulane decided to leave the SEC when they did.
oh, you mean a mid-major like Troy, in the Sunbelt?
Yep, the year of the China flu pandemic created opportunities for the programs playing a full season to be seen on TV. It was nice and probably gave folks a look at teams they wouldn't have seen before. We took advantage of that and no doubt played a major part in getting us ranked. That and taking care of biz on the field. Something the Tigas didn't do very well, coming off a natty title. Had to be difficult.

If we leave Austin the first game of the season with a W, it changes perspectives for the skeptics out there. So many from/in refineryville! If we win out after that, we will likely stay ranked. It's a big IF, but we haven't been here before and it's kinda nice to be where we are.

Would love to play a head to head at a neutral site this season, but the system is too rigged for something like that to ever occur. Must be in BR with SEC refs, like it's "supposed to be". It's "systematic".

If I were a Tiger fan, and I'm not, I would be more worried about all the sexual assault allegations, lawsuits and the horrible treatment of female students/athletes than worry about the little ole Ragin Cajun football program.
