Could this disrupt the TE room whereas a kid gets pushed down the depth chart and feels some type of way about it. Seems like the juice may not be worth the squeeze on this one.

Anyone privy to the Algos and Prop Trading offerings?
Marketing started popping up on these in FB. Using Algorithms to trade stocks and futures with their proprietary bolt on to money untouched by them in your portfolio.
Vincere Portfolios, Nurp, and POW (Progress Overcome Win) all come to mind.
If you have experience with this chime in. I'd like to know how things are going/went for you.

This take is interesting. It might depend on what's occurring. The OP or land owner might have a ridiculously high rate on the land loan which they are compelled to pay off as quickly as possible if going vertical on the build is years out.
Secondly, unless I'm mistaken in someway, land does not depreciate so equity is rising in many cases if not all.
Tell me what I'm missing.

I think Coach O would have done it for free. Man just wanted to be around football. That chance with a school he loves is icing for him.
The $100k will likely go up next year after this trial run and a good season. Coach O playing the long game in getting his bank account right.

It could be a long term play. You get in, win, then you start to ask for facility changes.
If football is going to win as we expect then that's the funding. Mulkey keeps doing her thing, and Wade takes the MBB team higher, that facility comes.

Correct me, but I recall Corey having both under him during the Miles tenure. They split it likely b/c it seemed to be a bit of an overload on Corey to carry both.

This might be exactly what’s to come and Weis Jr. is hedging his future by coaching through the CFP.
He and Lane do well at LSU over the next 3 yrs. Golding is shown the door. OM fan base remembers that Weis Jr. stuck it out with them and all of this makes it easy to welcome him back as head coach.

We have an in house game simulator. Burrow used it daily. If he spends time with it his game gets better. He'll be fine.

Was thinking the same, but consider this. Last 2 Tulane coaches punched out when something better came calling.
Tulane might be thinking that if Baker has similar success that he would not be so quick to jump at the carrot like the others did.

I don't believe that the employer contributions count towards the individual contribution limit for a 401k plan.
