My wife and I are traveling to Maui and Kauai to celebrate our anniversary. Spending 4 days at each island.
I could use some help with trying to decide what activities are must dos or what can be cut.

Maui:
Laua - shite is expensive! Is it worth it? I'm staying at Hyatt and the Pacific Drums are there. Can i experience it as a bystander?

Road to Hana - wife gets carsick was thinking of scrapping it

Haleakala - Not interested in waking up so early to watch the sunrise. It also seems like it consumes alot of time.

Molokini - Planning to do a snorkeling trip with Maui Snorkel Charters

Beaches - Was going to visit Makena & Little Beach

Golf - Set up to play on Lanai and Kapalua

Massage - was going to do couples massage at Kapalua after round

Dining - Reservations at Mamas already booked. Was going to try some food trucks at the South Maui Gardens


Kauai:
Napali Coast Tour - Should I do the rafting or Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour?

Hikes - Any must do hikes that we should consider?

Beaches - Was going to spend time at Poipu, Ha'eana, Ke'e, Tunnels Beaches

Tubing- Should we do that tubing adventure through the sugar cane farm?

Dining - Any specific recommendations? I'm looking for hole in the wall local favorites.

Where is the best place to find dogs now a days? We’ve used Craigslist in the past however, they aren’t supposed to allow dog sales anymore.

Breeders are getting ridiculous with their prices. A Bengal Tiger is cheaper than some of these breeds.
