Dr. Scholl’s custom fit orthotics not only got rid of my plantars fasciitis, but got rid of my foot/ankle swelling, knee pain and lower back pain. I have flat feet and felt the difference as soon as I put them on. I’m kicking myself till this day because I let it linger for almost a year after a friend recommended them.
Will it be that easy? She wants nothing to do with the property. I tried to open a line of communication with her but that unfortunately is not going to happen. Can I go to the mortgage company directly? I pretty much can't rely on her for anything, info, documents, time etc.
I need help! Long story short, is there a way for an heir to take over a mortgage, when the deceased party's second wife wants turn the property over to the lendor. Some major issues are 1)that heir has only a 10% ownership, widow has 50% 2)only the deceased and widow are on mortgage and 3)there is no communication or cooperation with widow and descendants. The property is in Baton rouge and thanks in advance any help is appreciated!

This would work well for both Saints and LSU possibly. His little brother might follow him to the boot :nana:

I will say one thing about Monty, our team never quit on his watch and over the past three seasons they had plenty of opportunities. In no way am I comparing him to Pop or Phil, but if this team had a Tex Winters or Budenholzer there is no telling how an X and O pairing with Monty's player development, on and off the court, would go.

And just so I'm not considered a sunshine pumper, Monty needs to work on his philosophy flexibility and game management, ie time outs ala Carlisle and rotations, which got better with health, but still took stretches to adjust to match up problems due to our one way specialists.

True. What are the odds he gets a head coaching job this summer? I think once the main domino falls we'll have more info but it all depends on the bulls. Jalen Rose seems to believe that Thibs is gone if he doesn't deliver this season and I believe this has legs because OKC, ORL, DEN, MINNY would have a lot more smoke around their searches if they weren't waiting on someone still coaching.

If TOR retains Casey like early reports indicate, Saunders remains in both roles, and HOIBERG/Donovan go pro, I still put our chances fairly low

I think we all want Malone because of the toughness and defense scheme he would bring, but something just doesn't add up to me. I have no sources and I'm probably completely wrong but I just get the feeling that there was something off about his departure.

I don't blame him for leaving our team was falling apart at the time. He probably got more money, more responsibilities, hell the bay area is a lovely place to live for the most part, the logical reasons are all there so hopefully I'm completely wrong.

No doubt it would be a home run hire. It along with health and another productive offseason for our young team would be awesome. I just wont get my hopes up
Sorry, I should have said that was a dream  I don't think its possible :banghead: Middleton might get the max and who knows what the Spurs are going to look like next year. You just never know what the demand is going to be.
I love Wes Matthews too ATL, but after watching Portland post injury, there's no way their GM lets him go. Carroll is going to get a pay raise also. Unless the new ownership wants to make a splash and go after a bigger name, the hawks have roughly 40 million to sign Millsap and Carroll.

Jae Crowder, Corey Brewer, and Kevin Seraphin are a few guys that I really like. They're tough two way players that could come in and help us take the next step.

DREAM SCENARIO
If Benson is willing to shell out a little extra like he did this year, i would love to see this roster head into next year. It would give us spacing on O and more length and athleticism on d. Demps could then shed salary at the deadline

jrue/reke/cole- 25 million
danny green/qpon- 11 million
middleton/gerald green/babbitt- 17 million
ad/ryno/dante- 20 million
asik/speights/withey- 18 million

He wouldn't have to play football. He'd just be on a football scholarship.

If he truly doesn't like football we could claim an injury and he wouldn't even have to practice. I just wish someone in his inner circle would have a talk with him. I mean his ceiling in basketball is Europe and he could be Marcus Spears in football. I hate hockey, but if someone said that I could have a future in it professionally I would listen.

I'd like to see Malone stay. If Bridgewater leaves the basketball program, I really hope it's not to transfer to play basketball somewhere else. I'd like to see him just switch locker rooms on campus.

Absolutely this. It looks like we won't sign a full class in a couple of weeks. Jones might need to have a meeting with Miles about a 6'5" 265 lb TE/DE that can also walk on to the basketball team a'la Julius Peppers.
I feel so happy for him. Dude couldn't catch a break the past couple of years. It's got to be tough for someone who was supposed to be the next best thing at SG to struggle with injury like he has.

Unless you have a proven assistant coach, firing the head guy can totally derail a season. The last thing we want is our young guys not playing for anything. At least Monty will coach them up to the 9/10 seed.

I really don't think dell should be fired tbh

It's clear that Monty is way way more of an issue

I totally agree. Both guys were put in a position to fail but Dell has at least shown improvement. Unfortunately we don't have enough time for Monty to learn as we go anymore. Avery might not be my first option but we need a change.

Green is best suited to be a stretch 4 on a team with a legit center.

Pels should be looking to steal someone like Leonard or Butler, then have a guy like Danny Green as plan b. They desperately need one of these 3 and d wing guys.

Over the past couple of weeks, I've come to the same realization. As much as I love Draymond, I don't know if he is as effective going against SF's full time.

This team would be a major player in the west with Kahwi or Butler, but a lot would have to happen for them to leave their teams and for us to create the needed space.

My off season dream that's closest to reality is to go after Danny and Gerald Green. Sales pitch would be salaries, playing time and for the cousins to be reunited on one team.

If I had to pick, Ryno would be third on my untouchable list. His skill set makes up for his defensive problems, I just think we are asking him to do too much. I believe if he played with a true center that could do the banging down low his production would go up on both sides of the ball.
Yeah I love Ryno but we have bigger needs than a backup PF. And as good as the Ryno/AD combo can be on offense, it just isn't ready on the defensive side of the ball. It could work but we would need way better perimeter defense with that front court
Make it happen Dell/Santa
