Here's the math:

45 ÷ 2 = 22.5
22.5 + 7 = 29.5 <-- Minimum age
We should all do this and have the footage to our grandkids. This is perspective.

re: How's the Nashville Zoo?

I'm from BTR and have been in Nashville since '93. The zoo is OK - not great. There are way better things to do downtown - bars, food, museums, etc.
Someone shared with me a while back to get two pairs of different shoes and change them around 1:30-2:00. I tested this out and it worked amazingly well and still go this route today. The new round of On's are fantastic.

1) 21 years

2) I filed. Best decision ever. My attorney shared with me that 90% of the time the woman files. There is a psychological impact when you file. She still resents it to this day.

3) How many DUI’s did I sign up for?

I suffer from hyperhydrosis and deal with this all the time. The great news is that there is medication called glycopyrrolate that is a game changer. Also, powder is another hack that helps a ton, along with all the comments about circulation.

These idiots who stop 10-20 feet short of the stop line at a red light because they’re worried about getting hit by turning traffic. Drives me nuts. They have not clue of the sensor in the pavement and the red light going way longer than it needs to.
I was in the same boat with my parents and them being divorced. As an adult, I had to be very blunt and establish boundaries after a series of unacceptable intrusions on both sides. 0% a-hole.

The only one who knows and understands your family dynamic is you. And, how you deal with it is up to you.

After I set the tone, we were good.

I have a Seastar 2000 and love it. However, my Norquain Neverest is my favorite of my new watches. Can’t go wrong with either.

re: Where were you in 1984?

6th/7th Grade at Uhigh in BTR. Might be the best year ever.
Had to do this 3 years ago. First, get a good quality pre-lit tree. Second, get the basics: garland, tree topper, balls. Third, new girlfriend who likes to travel. Fourth, over the next year acquire ornaments from your travels together. Fifth, reminisce each year about your Xmas tree/travelogue.

You’re welcome.
Bull Halsey, don’t forget about what he did for carrier tactics in WWII
The BEST question to always have ready, “Honey, do you need an ear or an arm?”
I see it a little bit different. They have an innate need to be right at all costs. It’s the liberal/elitist way of validating themselves.

re: Longest HRs in LSU History

I saw a LOT of Joey's HR's in person. However, the longest ball I ever saw hit was Craig Faulkner in '83 or '84 at Florida. There was a parking lot between the baseball field and the Swamp and he hit that ball over half way across the parking lot. It was easily 550'-600' in the air...an absolute monster. Chewy was still a little pissed that UF passed on him after JUCO.

I had the same thing and put the Magpul forend on it. And then installed swivel points for a sling. And, finally, bought an 18" barrel for it. Simple work.
And, don’t even think about cleaning the windshield in direct Sun or if it’s warm.
I went the Carmax route, too. For $200, they’ll ship you any car from any location and give you 72 hours to make up your mind in the vehicle.

I had one of those and LOVED that Blazer. I wish I could find it.
I have both of the Orca soft coolers and love them both. I had the first gen of the RTIC and the zipper was the worst.
TT08 - IMO, here's the question you should be asking yourself..."What do I want to accomplish?"

Start there. And, then build a plan and some goals to go make that happen. If that's too hard to define, then, pick a date 10-25 years out from now and describe what you want your life to look like on that date. Then, set some goals and make a plan to move toward that.

Too often, we're letting like dictate what happens to us and we're just passively existing. Go find a way to be deliberate and design the life you want.
