I hate to say it but I just don’t see any other option than to move on from Pelini. Maybe Coach O gets one of the assistants to take over for Pelini at this point but who knows.

I recently bought an xpress center console and have begun fishing the lake Ray Hubbard near dallas.

I have caught a few catfish, bass, and blue gills. I have been fishing with with live minnows and worms. I have had absolutely no luck with crappie. I have been setting my bait depth between 2-4 feet.

Should I be fishing on the bottom for crappie? If I put my bait in the bottom, how do I use a bobber?

At help would be appreciated.

This is the real problem. Season ticket holders don't want to give up season tickets b/c they know someone else will snatch them up in a heartbeat. That's also why I think it may take more than 4 losses for miles to get fired. What a shitty situation to be in.

The problem with firing les miles is that we have an incompetent administration with a posse of good ole boys in tow that are going look for every opportunity to F this up.

I have very little faith the administration can make a great hire but at this point what do we have to lose. I'll always support LSU no matter what.

I totally agree with this guy. Most of the posters in this thread have given you some ideas, now you need to put these ideas into action. Start submitting some resumes.

In all honesty, you may not Like this industry. Until you learn enough for an employer to not think you are expendable; your job may not be very much fun. My first 4-5 years in the industry were tough from a financial and mental standpoint. I made it to where I am now b/c I busted my arse and didn't focus on much of anything else.

I'm telling you this because you better be ready to start work at 6:30 or 7 in the morning and work to 6 or 7 PM or longer. If none of this bothers you, then get after it.
