Advocate has nothing about Hatch getting hurt. Maybe he didn't?

Miles: Hatch leaves Tigers' scrimmage
You'd think anyone who watched LSU closely last season wouldn't need statistical evidence that:

-- Hester was clearly the short-yardage back.
-- Scott is the only one of the four (Scott, Holliday, Williams, Murphy) with the body type and makeup to be the lead short-yardage back.
-- You can't gain 7 yards from inside the 2.

Crowton pretty much said all three on that video from Media Day someone posted here. Seems pretty cut and dried. I don't think the column was meant to counter every ranter argument as to why Hester shouldn't have had the ball so much last year. I think it was only to show that yards-per-carry stats can be misleading.

All i remember from that game was the complete bullshite PI call in OT.

The Miami defender held the Ohio State receiver while the ball was in the air (early in the play). Holding should have been called, but pass interference was instead. Same bottom line in the end.

Outcome was at it should have been. Justice was served.
