I work for a great builder that does this type of work all the time. We just finished four houses or so this year. Let me know if you are interested, I'll post my email.
I have an audi a4 avant awd quattro that would be perfect for Ohio snow. It'll leave you with alot of extra dough.
Agreed, money affords the time to do the things you love. I can do the things I love on my off time. I love to fix things, working on cars. But I will not become a mechanic.
I really don't mind working if the money is right. I could always do what I love on my off time. Besides this, I feel like I'm running out of time. I would love to go back to school too. But I've been in school for a long time, I would rather try to work and not have to worry about school.
Career Change

Not sure if this needs to be in the OT but I thought it was more appropriate here. I'm looking for a change in career. I'm currently working for a small electrical company and have hit the ceiling. I'm maxed out on pay but more importantly I'm not learning anymore while on the job. I'm at a point to where I get excited to work on something that I actually have to think about. I'm also a 09 LSU graduate in Econ. Can't find a decent job using this degree yet. I haven't really been actively searching either (due to current job). Now I'm looking into working in petro-chemical industry. Either as a craftsman (electrical etc....), operator, or estimator for a major construction co. I don't have much contacts in this industry and just need some direction and or leads.
I know my skill set is a little scattered as far as my experience and degree goes. But I can do technical (out in the field) as well as professional (office) work. So please post if you have advice....
