West Coast players? What are you talking about? Who is west coast besides KG(Col)? The whole lineup tonight is LA besides Hanover(NC), Jones(miss) and Ross(Tx).
re: Wins and Losses Not That Important Right Now.
Posted by jamiehoward6 on 3/24/11 at 5:08 pm to Champagne
Getting a top 8 seed is extremely important for LSU to make Omaha. To do that, we at least have to be in the top 2 in the SEC. Usually, the top two teams have around 10 loses in conference, so getting swept in the first weekend was really bad. According to last year, LSU can't have a long losing streak and get to Omaha by being hot at the end of the season(won sec tourney, but lost to many during the year and had to go to UCLA). These sec loses do matter and losing a bad non-con game in the same week can only hurt chances of getting top 8 seed. Super regional at box = Omaha.

I agree, but not many programs wait this late to make the coaching change. If they fire RR and wait, then it is JM or Miles.

Mandeville, I know Foley said muschamp was the first choice, but do you not think they felt out Mullen and others? Also, if B. Hoke was the guy then why wouldn't they just fire RR and hire him? Do you think he really has to consider whether to leave SDSU for Michigan?

This is for chicken or any admin. What is the most popular college football message board? Is the rant and the sec rant the most frequented or is it par for the course? How many hits does droppings have compared to other similar sites etc.?

He would be a good head coach and I'm pretty sure that UT is #7 in the country in total defense.

defenses are keying on him and I am sure our brain trust that, runs the offense, will start to use him like reggie bush. Or not.

Afro- Have you tried heads and tails? Not as good as Tony's, but it is ok and it is really close to Essen. Also City cafe is pretty good at Siegen and Perkins.

What is your favorite store bought chicken stock?
Posted by jamiehoward6 on 2/10/10 at 7:24 pm
I'm making a jambalaya and I don't have the time to make my own chicken stock. What is the best store bought alternative? I read that kitchen basics is pretty good, but I need some other input. Thanks.

I know Ryan Mallet is the QB at Arkansas. That is why I was laughing at the other guy for saying he was the best QB in the sec in an earlier post.

Stats are for losers.....again not saying I expected the 85 Bears, but come on to say this guy deserved a raise and extension after such a mediocre performance is insane. And hell if we would have lost him, if Miles is worth his salt would have gone out and found a suitable replacement.
How can you defend rushing 3 guys against the SEC's best passer? We probably should have lost that game as well......Some of yall may actually want to watch the games........
Hahaha...do we watch the games? Do you? You just agreed with mitch mustain being the best qb in the sec! Bottom line, teams scored less under chavis. I think miles needs to go, but I don't think chavis' D was the problem last year. It is not the DCs fault if the offense can't pick up a first down. So...he should bring the house and risk giving up a touchdown? You're right! I'm sure our offense would have easily made those points because we were scoring at will last year(sarcasim). You talk about the Top in the UF game and how they ran up the field on us, but what would we have done with the ball! nothing! The D kept us a play away from winning a game with LSU basically playing no offense. He is a name coach for a reason, so let him coach.

re: If he JJ doesn't have it then he doesn't have it
Posted by jamiehoward6 on 1/4/10 at 5:31 pm to lsutiger2486
I do, but I also remember the rest of the year and the tech game this year, lee is not the answer. JJ will be fine if he starts to make those throws consistently and his game awareness can't get any worse and hopefully it will start to improve. With that said, it is hard to coach concentration and intelligence which seen to be his biggest problems.
