We just painted our 2 story 3300 ft2 brick/stucco/siding.
- on non-siding used Loxon + Emerald Rain Refresh white
- on siding used Emerald Rain Refresh
COMPLETE SATISFACTION using these. The Emerald Rain Refresh seems to clean itself when it rains. Total cost was less than half your estimates. I can get you in contact with my painters if interested. They do commercial painting full time and did my house on weekends. Took maybe 4 weekends. I am OCD and rarely satisfied at least fully, and they were fantastic.
unfortunately not. i have tried every similar bbq sauce i could find. closest is 1/2 baby rays original and 1/2 stubbs sweet heat.
how about three fifty? lol - 20 bucks?
i got it really close once and lost the recipe - but it had MANY MORE ingredients than he lists including a touch of chocolate. may not have really been the recipe at all though.

i wonder if its as small as the brand of paste or beef broth?
well i followed those instructions to a t, but not quite right. several times. also had a j alex employee tell me they did not use ground chuck - maybe ground ribeye or sirloin, but that should not make a huge difference.
anyone have the exact recipe? i'll pay for it! i have yet to find a better recipe for me personally - and i have copied every texas chili cookoff champions's recipes available since 1995 or bought from personally.
and this is NOT IT
u tube red river not it
been looking for replacement for lsu bill's barbq sauce circa 2007 for years now. did they go oob? any identical replacements? i loved this stuff over ten years ago! i'll paypal a donation if you find it less than $30 on ebay lol.

no specific food rec - I would see food and drink board BUT as far as art in remembrance of the trip:

Lozano & Barbuti Gallery, located at 313 Royal Street in between Bienville and Conti and front to Caliche & Pao Gallery.

The Lozano & Barbuti Gallery is a Caliche's & Pao's Owned Gallery which feature Lozano's, Villa's, Lorenti's, Ortiz's, Martinez's, Zabel's, Silas's, Don Kettleborough's, Caliche's & Pao's Fine Art Works, and Joseph's sculptures, and also offer fine art glass works.

I am a HUUUGE Caliche and Pao fan and own a few of their oils on canvas. Super bright colors and 3-D bold textures if you are into that like myself.

I can write you anywhere in Louisiana with over 15 carriers. You really have to be shopped with quite a few as they all have niches that can mean a great rate for one client but horrible for another. Info@fullclover.com if interested. :geauxtigers:
I will say this. Broussard’s dad is the best hitting coach I’ve been around. Bet he could seriously contribute.
