1. Did you walk up to the LEO and ask if his rifle was full select fire (Ie capable of multiple round bursts, or semi-auto). I ask because if it is just safe/fire semi-auto it would in FACT be an AR-15 (sporting rifle) and NOT and M4 as you suggested to the previous poster. Most local/state departments do not issue full select fire (full auto) rifles. So the previous poster would be accurate in calling it an AR-15.

2. clearly you have not watched the news in the last several years with mass casualty incidents and shootings. Major events such as the masters are a constant target. If the LEO was not armed with that "M4" and was out gunned and people died as a result, would it not be called upon to properly arm officers.

*I doubt a deputy who puts his life on the line everyday was "playing soldier". Most combat veterans (meaning veterans of actual combat) respect LEO because they are constantly under the extreme dangers of patrolling most city streets these days or conducting enforcement activities. See Chicago, New Orleans, Atlanta, Border towns, etc. Most literally get shot at weekly. I have Marine, Army, and Navy buddies who never took fire on multiple deployments. EASY with the negative comments.

re: Houston Police vs Roger Stone

I feel like Alantis Morriset (SP) could added a few versus with the lastest events “isn’t ironic”... that the same CNN and MSM that cheered and called for Democratic prohibitions on “military style” protective gear and equipment from being handed down to local Police Agencies (because it wasn’t needed and is too “aggressive” for high risk warrants) is literally cheering and promoting the use of 29 Agents, local PD, helo, armor vehicles, tactical armor, rifles, etc. used in a warrant for a non violent offender who’s only indicted crime was lying?

But! Brave officers serving a high risk warrant today were shot and definitely could have used the manpower and equipment put on display during the CNN broadcast of the lying warrant execution, but did not have it (maybe they had access I don’t know). Regardless...

The need is clear for the equipment put on display at Stones arrest in today’s world.

Where has rational thought and the idea to protect those that protect us gone?

My prayers are with those officers and their families. Patriots who believe in serving.
On further reflection. Your posts also come off as very arrogant. I’m sure you have built up successful businesses and have done a great job with it. Maybe you should find some humility. Or maybe you are just THAT guy.
I never post on this site. I just use it as a resource for information outside of the typical news because I am not in social media and do not like the main stream sources much.

I am replying because your posts are very uninformed and paint a very broad portrait of things you likely do not know. Your bio says you are a CEO which makes me believe you are an intelligent person and probably a solid American. I am an independent person on the political spectrum, love Trump, and I am a Frderal Employee.

My point-
I can tell you that there are many people in my line of work that have advanced degrees, are very intelligent, work hard, put their lives on the line, and are away from their family’s for extended periods of time. I earn every dollar I make in my government position. I have worked in the private sector, I’m independently wealthy, but choose to serve. I don’t know, if you have served your country in some capacity (military, LEO, etc.) great and thank you if you have. If you have not then I would encourage you to look at your self and ask yourself if you should. Or! If you could make it through rigorous training, be away for extended periods of time from your family, and face the worst of the worst of society everyday?

Again not picking a internet bad*** fight. Just countering your point. I do agree that some in all levels of government are just worthless, much like many politicians. I still know a lot of worthless private sector employees as well.

I believe your posts are a huge slap in the face to many people who serve you and their country everyday. I hope that you will reconsider your previous positions. At least until you become better informed about certain things.

I agree with sabidojo...the advancements in bullet technology have provided Leo/ccw the options to setup away from heavier caliber bullets (45/40) to smaller calipers (9/.380). In exchange the shooter has "more"ammo in magazines, smaller carry options, and more control for well placed shots (heart/lungs).
The differences between a 9mm gold dot/hst vs. 40 gold dot/hst. Are neglegable when compared using the FBI ballistic standards.

Woo Pig...why must you come in here with negative waves, think positively, Arkansas has good fans too.

Maybe if we could mix Arkansas Offense with USCE Defense both fans bases could celebrate a SHIP and fill the UPPER decks at both stadiums? :rotflmao: :doublebird:
Rarely does my brain (mouse on a wheel) come up with good ideas and or comments...but I think I started something here.

The world must be off balance, when Steve Spurrier has great D-fences for several years and "0" O-fence for several years. I take that back - Offense. But why cant he find a person to throw the ball and someone to catch the ball, with someone who can possibly run a with a ball?

South Carolina has the BEST fans!

South Carolina fans are the best and most loyal fans in the COUNTRY, and I really mean that..due to the fact that their team has never been worth a SH*T and yet they still support their team whole heartedly period...

Some LSU fans should take note is this comment because "some" LSU fans have become football snobbs, who need "Stylish, pretty, tidy" wins...instead of winning the f...in game! YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME.

I too like the Norwood pick...he is a force of the SC D

What player do you want on Team?

Posted by parklsu on 9/21/09 at 9:45 am
If you could have a player from another SEC Team who would it be?...(Besides Tebow, we all would prob. take him.)

I'll take Eric Berry= most electric D player ive seen in a while! :geauxtigers:
I wonder if we take the shirt off Davenport now....
I thought I saw #77 Josh Downs limping off the field with some help from the trainers.

3-0 is better than 0-3, stop being negative...USC lost to UW na dwe can beat any team on our schedule...PERIOD :geauxtigers:
Great post. I think I have seen that jacket before. Thats what being a great fan is all about: Family, good friends, great fans, and of course the Tigas!
