Any way around the residence time?

Wife and I purchased a fixer upper last year and just accepted a job offer that will require us to relocate - will put us moving out just after a year of living in it.

Worried we’re going to get hosed on the profits from selling this home. (Purchased for $80, put another $20 in it, appraises for $150. Anticipating a sell price of $120)

What options do we have?
Put in 68 this week normally between 50-60 while being on call 24/7.

We rotate weekend duty every 3rd weekend.

Straight Salary

I get pissy every time these threads pop up....

Got lucky. Wife and I both did collegiate club while enrolled then they started the recent grad program. Got married and combined all those points....

4 years after graduation and we have 6 together in 412 and will get 2 more this season.
-did the band thing and got to see some great football and only missed 2 games between 07-10. I will never be able to top that experience.

-Hester's 4th quarter drive vs Florida '07

-Tyran Mathieu, except the 2011 Bama rematch in Nola

-'09 when Coleman handled Texas in Omaha

-'03 natty in a last minute ticket grab

-07' Natty watching Les drive down Bourbon in a limo holding the crystal ball out of the roof

Been a good run so far, hopefully I'll be able to see my Son get to enjoy the same festivities when his number is called.

Going to go for my MBA when my wife finishes her masters next year.

Did anyone get in with just professional experience and Bachelors? LSUS mentioned that I can pay the registration fee and let the admissions board decide if I need to take the GMAT or not. Don't really want to waste my time applying if they are going to require it.

Thought I'd see if any of you guys were able to get provisional status etc. before I blow time and money on the exam.

-BS in Business Admin. from LSU (< 3.0gpa)
-3 years management experience (project management & process improvement)

Unit cost 63% lower than competitor....

Sexy numbers there

Loving this
What tipped you guys off that there were issues?

We have a 1.5yr old who isn't where we want him verbally and has a bit of a temper. He's just like me and is well, driven/hardheaded, so we're not concerned just yet.

Reading all these posts it doesn't seem like the symptoms weren't caught until later on. Just curious what we should be looking for.
In till the alma mater gets played the last time

Couldn't get it to take Royal.

Program can't pick out the outline and distinct features to make it into a decal. I tried but my skills are limited to PowerPoint edits.

Thanks for giving it a shot. What help can you other gurus offer?

Thanks Royal.

I'll see if I can get my program to pick out the lines to cut the decal. Should be able to now.

Shameless bump.....

Help a brotha out!
Raise face value. We're getting skinned in TAF donations.

Least we can recoupe our losses when not being able to attend a game.

Decal/vector request Nutria

Want a decal of this nutria and the water ripples. Can you guys take a swing?

Thanks in advance fellas [/img]
Our book they sent with our tickets says nothing with a back or with arms.

I despise the permanent chairs, would like to bring mine like the Air Force chair mentioned above just don't want to argue then have to haul it back to the car.

Advice needed: Fixer Upper

Posted by GetMoney11 on 8/8/16 at 9:29 pm
Need the help of the professionals:

Wife and I are looking at Beautiful 4br 3 bath 4000 sqft home, hardwood floors, new fixtures and pool. Cosmetically ready to move in.

Private Owner offered to sell 33% below appraisal (4 year old appraisal)

Cons: built mid 70's, wiring is outdated, asbestos siding, 30 yr old slate roof, AC unit is questionable and a utility room floor needs to be replaced. Renters the last 5-6 years.

With a mark down this significant, how much negotiating room do I actually have?

Average cost of rewiring home?

Asbestos is safe if painted, right?

Thanks ahead of time.

It sucks that there's no full band trip, but not unprecedented. We didn't have one in 2009 because the trip to Washington cost too much plus the budget cuts

Meh, I didn't mind. We enjoyed the hell out of that trip. Would have much rather that than be cramped on 1 of 8 buses to go to Ole Miss or Auburn. Came through LSU band at the perfect time: came in for the title in 07 and left before it could become the circus it is today.
Had that issue our first season, was only an issue for the big games where random people had tickets and didn't understand why we wanted to swap.

Bought the seat backs for our seats and they didn't mind moving over. I had 4 seats between us and I'm a big ole boy to be moving around swapping seats.
Added 4

2 in 412 and 2 in 413, both on the same row split by the isle.

Not thrilled about being exposed to the elements but it's gonna be nice having that elbow room

ETA: a TON of legitimate seats left, wasn't like this last year.

Less demand? Don't think my ranking moved much

McNeese game last year at the top of the SE lower bowl, I think section 413?

We moved to the 2nd to last row of 214 last year. Buddy of ours got hooked up with stadium club seats for McNeese and we got to evaluate how well our new seats were covered by the rain from afar.

People were scrambling either down to the exit ramps or up to the top 5-6 rows of the 400's to stay dry.

e looked there and they aren't listed.

RG isn't listed yet.

I called to gripe about not being in the 100 levels and come to find out I ended up with 2 from my regular season ticket request and 2 from the recent grad program. Oh Happy Day.

Not a sin to be stupid, just inconvenient

Check your order history on LSU TIX
Gonna be calling the Ticket Office tomorrow.

Email for the recent grad request stated 100 level and we received 348 in a corner of an end zone.

Anyone else go the recent grad route and get these seats?
When did you serve at Serranos?

He used to come and aggravate me at the bar for pink lemonade then demand I receive a raise every single time, was a solid dude.

I'm sure those still working in the highland area are gonna miss him for sure, dynamic personality - and wasnt too bad at striking up conversations with the lady folk.
I pick the 13th too.

Not worried, last year there were plenty of seats left, I just need to add two to my set in 414 or snag 4 in the 400's.
We were going to try and tour it when we went to Mack's last month....sucks
