re: Need Info on TRT

Update. Finally got my bloodwork and numbers back.

Test-990
Free-232
SHBG-34.5
Tsh-1.58
Estradiol-83.5 High
Hematocrit-54.8 High
Currently 150week 2 shots. Boron 15mg every morning. Not really feeling much different. Sex drive is a little better hit and miss. A little acne on back and shoulders. Fatigue is hit and miss also. Anything I should be concerned about with the high numbers? Thanks

Thanks for the input. The bloodwork for my pcp is coming up in January. I’m definitely curious to see where things are.

So I have an update. I had my appointment with the trt clinic that everyone uses around here. After going over everything with her she is starting me 60mg twice a week. Will check back with her for blood work in a couple months. In the mean time I didn’t stick with my PCP decision of 100mg every 2 weeks. I’ve been doing 100mg a week since the end of October. It’s been almost 2 months and I really haven’t noticed or felt any different. I have dropped about 10 lbs prolly from cleaning up my diet. I’ve been doing carnivore this whole time minus a few days that I cheated. I’ve been trying to get at least 30-1hr of walking a day. I try and do some normal workout stuff with dumbells around the house. Tough with 2 kids under 3. I just don’t think it’s enough and need to start back at a gym. Btw I am 40 5’10 about 186lbs. Sorry for the long post. Just looking for anymore feed back

So I’m basically in the same boat as AFtigerFan. My primary just started me off at 100mg every 14 days. I have an appointment setup for Dec 5th at a trt clinic. In the mean time, should I just do 50mg once a week? I just started Monday. After reading it seems like this would at least keep my levels more consistent. Also if someone could send me a website to order from so that I can have extra on hand until my appointment. My insurance does cover, but would like to have a backup. Appreciate any help! She has been getting paid a set amount.

No taxes have been taking out. I know I need to pay those just not sure how to file this.

The lady just writes her a check every month for agreed amount of payment

I’m not exactly sure how this is suppose to be filed. She works a few days a week getting paid monthly. It’s for a lady’s new start up. The options I see are:
Business Income (Schedule C)
Farm Income (Schedule F)
Farm Rental Income (Form 4835)
Income employer should have reported as wages (not common)

She’s doesn’t work for her self and none of the other options seem right either.

Old Company 401K

Long time lurker here. I have a few questions on what to do with a old 401k. I'm 36 and have a little over 200k in this 401k. It's with Fidelity. My current employer uses Mass Mutual and they don't have a lot of options to choose from. The best one I can tell is VFIAX. So the question is should I move it to the new employer? The other option is to move it to a private firm who is handled by Raymond James. The fee is 1.2% a year to manage my money. Also, current company matches 12% dollar for dollar in either Roth or regular 401k.

Current options at new company:
VFIAX
PRGFX
VEXAX
TISBX
ICSFX
AVUAX
HFMVX
DFFVX
OTCFX
TCIEX
RERGX
