Old Company 401K

Long time lurker here. I have a few questions on what to do with a old 401k. I'm 36 and have a little over 200k in this 401k. It's with Fidelity. My current employer uses Mass Mutual and they don't have a lot of options to choose from. The best one I can tell is VFIAX. So the question is should I move it to the new employer? The other option is to move it to a private firm who is handled by Raymond James. The fee is 1.2% a year to manage my money. Also, current company matches 12% dollar for dollar in either Roth or regular 401k.
Current options at new company:
VFIAX
PRGFX
VEXAX
TISBX
ICSFX
AVUAX
HFMVX
DFFVX
OTCFX
TCIEX
RERGX
+ Target fund dates

For starters, this is one of many options.
Eta- A) there are many advisor options and B) there are many self-directed options.

You didn't say what your current investment options are in the old 401k or what the fees are.
If they are better, leave it there. It's not 1985 any more where keeping track of multiple 401ks is difficult.

What fund is your fidelity 401k in? If it's FXIAX, that will be similar to the VFIAX with your new employer. S&P 500 index.

That’s pretty impressive.

Current AND allocation %
FCNTX-32.61
FDCAX-15.98
FMCSX-13.97
FTQGX-11.45
FXAIX-9.84
OAKBX-8.40
FRESX-7.75
Other Options:
FEQIX
CRMMX
FDVLX
FSLCX
FDIVX
FBALX
I've never rebalanced these either. Maybe that is something that I could do also. The fees are less than 1% on all the current ones.

VFIAX is a good low cost fund. With that match it’s a no brainer to max your new 401k if you can
Why not just roll your old 401k into an IRA and invest it in whatever you want? Don’t go to an advisor. Not worth the fees as they probably won’t beat VFIAX on a consistent basis.

You should not roll it somewhere paying a 1.2% management fee. That’s highway robbery.
Roll it into an IRA and invest it in low cost index funds / ETFs like SCHB or VOO.
