Awaiting Goodell final decision. Any chance the Saints pursue?

You would think that, but with the way they've moved Baylor and Minnesota up and down in the rankings along with the Bama plummet there's just no telling what they're gonna do.
I agree. And if Oregon beats Utah they may move them into the top 10. Still at the end of the day beating say 4 top 11 or 12 teams should be enough. But who knows what there criteria/agenda is.

I think the whole thing has been way over discussed but the one thing I have not seen anyone mention is the following:
Currently Auburn and Alabama are 11 and 12. However
#6 Oklahoma plays #7 Baylor...so 1 team has to lose pushing them behind Alabama and Auburn.
#1 Ohio State most likely beats #8 Wisconsin pushing them behind Alabama and Auburn.
#2 LSU would have to beat #4 Georgia for this scenario to play out
This in theory (not guaranteed) would leave the final rankings as
Georgia #6
Florida #7
Auburn #9
Alabama #10
That leaves LSU having beaten 4 top 10 teams in the final rankings. There is your eye test.
Apologize if this has been mentioned in the many threads on this subject.

So we beat #7....and lost to #7

Nobody’s getting minus anything if we’re talking probability. But giving the Falcons even a >1% chance of winning the SB this year seems generous and no less realistic than a -28.3% probability, so why split hairs?
Haha....it was a reference to them blowing a 28-3 lead in the Superbowl against New England

Are you sure about Atlanta being minus 1%. I thought it was minus 28.3%. You may want to look again lol

Well I can tell you that only 600 level seats are on ticketmaster now. I know the allotments for both teams are the same.
Yeah if we are in Houston I hope the fan base can get up to play Texas. Important for recruiting and for bragging rights at my job here in Houston. Funny thing is I have 8 tickets on the 25 yard line because I purchased the two game package earlier this year to get good seats to the Wisconsin game.
Longhorns officially in Texas Bowl (have head start on tickets)

This was known an hour ago. Wish the SEC would announce for fans and ticket purposes.
Nice find higgins. I figure he has to be the highest rated kicker over the course of the last 20 years.
Tried to find how many stars Sebastian Janikowski was rated. He is by far the most hyped kicker I remember coming out of highschool. NFL scouts back then said he was ready for the NFL already.

Anyone know a bank that refinances student loans AFTER you have consolidated?
Posted by W0094545 on 8/29/13 at 8:13 am
I currently have $38,000 in student loans from my 2 degrees and I got a decent rate when I consolidated the loans a few years back (5.125%). I am just curious if anyone knows of a bank or any business that would refinance this at a lower rate. I have perfect credit and make real good money. Also I don't have much debt other than the student loans.
I have searched online but I can't find anything so I am guessing this can't be done. Just thought I might check here as a last resort. Thanks in advance for any help!

re: Chase Sapphire Preferred sign up bonus

Start with the Ink Bold to get 50,000 points. Then after a year get the ink plus for another 50,000 points. If they ask you why you need both cards just tell them you like the fact that the Ink Plus allows you to pay over time. After you have gotten both of the business cards then you can get the Sapphire Preferred card (try to wait for the 50,000 point bonus for that card as well).
As Teddy stated wait until you know what flight you are trying to book and then look into how many miles it will take for that flight based on the cost. Generally you always get more value from transferring points into the mileage program that offers the best deal for the specific flight you are looking to book.
I could provide countless examples but a flight from Houston to Belize generally cost around $850 but only takes 35,000 United Miles. As such you are getting 2.4 cents per mile instead of 1.25 cents.

Yeah my breakout for section FLOOR D Row 6 is as follows:
Tickets were $300 each
Toyota Center Admin fee was $120 per ticket
I used FlashSeats so it was free
Total was $1680 for the 4 tickets ($420 total each)

UFC 166 in Houston (Best Floor Seat Section)
Posted by W0094545 on 8/20/13 at 9:42 am
I am wondering if anyone that has ever been to a UFC event in Houston can help me out. I bought 4 seats in section FLOOR D row 6 using a personal presale code for face value. I notice the seats in this section are selling for $1800 a ticket on stub hub (I paid 420 a ticket after the ridiculous 120 administration fee). Section Floor D has the most expensive tickets I have seen with some over 3 grand for row 1. As such, I am curious if that is the section that the fighters walk by before they enter the cage. Can anyone verify this for me? Thanks in advance.
Dang Weaver you just missed out on double the bonus. But I have been successful many times by contacting Chase through your online message center and telling them about the 50K promotion and telling them you feel like you didn't get the best deal. They usually will bump you up to the bigger bonus.
Since you went with Southwest (presumably for the 50K signup bonus) you should also get the business card for another 50K bonus when the bonus goes back up to 50K (just keep an eye out for when it moves back up). The reason for this is sign up bonus counts towards the 110,000 point companion pass which allows a companion to fly free the rest of this year and all of next. You can change companions up to 3 times. I signed up for the personal and business card on the same day and got approved for both. So I got 100,000 points plus the 4,000 points I got for the minimum spend. I transferred Hyatt points (5000 Hyatt = 2400 southwest points) to get to the 110,000 requirement. Now I can use the companion pass an unlimited amount of times the rest of this year and all of next. Just something to keep in mind.
The other best cards right now are the Chase Sapphire Preferred and the Chase Ink Bold / Chase Ink Plus business cards.
You don't have to have a business to get the business cards. Just use your social in the tax id number. I won't get into the ethics of that but I know a bunch of people do it and just say they have a consulting business.
