Would did you think of the pitch that bert gave up homerun? Did it hang or did batter hit a decent pitch? I only saw one shot of it on a quick replay. Didn't look to be too bad....
I remember the USC series in 98 the same guy we beat in game one shoved it up our azz the next time. I know winning game one is important but really no more than game two except perhaps momentum. Just curious if there was a correlation to winning game one and winning NC. Thanks for the history l...

Kinda surprised PM did not let Byrd get an out in the 9th and/or replace Gibbs back the plate with Farnsworth. Thoughts?? He let Pontiff, Mcgee, Buzzy, Helenihi, Cain etc...

Dont some supers start on Fri while others start on Sat for espn to cover them all. When will ours start? If it is Sat then rest will be the same....

I know it is a first post. However, I was also perhaps thinking along the lines of Coleman but not once we went ahead. If we had not scored to take the lead and he takes out AR then I could see Coleman because Ott is a two inning guy max and Coleman could have gone as long as we needed until we go...
