Creatine is completely safe and if you are both eating a lot of red meat you're already getting a good bit. It's not a steroid or anything close to that, it helps the muscle produce more energy at the cellular level...
With the gummies you'll want 5grams a day, I think taking them with your post-workout meal/shake is best but you/he may notice something works better for him. Tell him to drink the BCAA's DURING his workouts. It would be a disaster to take that post-workout instead of a solid shake (50g protein 50g carb) or balanced meal. Everyone will focus on protein (so make sure he's drinking a ton of water) but don't let him neglect his carbohydrates and he should have a great time and be happy with his progress.

Your test is 400 you can absolutely sign on with a telehealth clinic after reaching out to them and sending in your blood work. I don't think a single one would turn you down tbh. Don't know why your doc would be against this. Be smart with telehealth TRT though, they'll likely start you at a dose much higher than needed to make you feel like superman and fall in love with it. Watch out for negative side effects like moodiness/bitchiness, having a shorter fuse, etc. if you decide to hop on...

Do you get the flu now not taking it? Never got flu shot once and never gotten the flu. Other than getting a tetanus shot when I cut my hand working on my old truck never got any shots after middle school...never sick. Depends on your body.
