FYI. What I understand, the Kleinpeter family has been waiting 30 years for the Pecue Lane interchange to be completed. Under the city of Baton Rouge, their land was zoned as C – 2. The city of St. George is trying to tremendously lower the zoning for this property. The Woodridge neighborhood didn’t complain when the property between them and I 10 was re-zoned to warehouse. My friend said their family would never do something that’s detrimental to the area. I’ve respected their family my entire life. Good, hard-working people. Tiger Droppings needs to include all the facts. Thanks.
