No Collins is running with the ones because Blackwell is hurt and the coaches want to get him on the field as much as possible. I mean he is a lean 315 if there is such a thing lol

It also depends on which vertebrae were fractured. It doesn't sound like he has any neurological effects so far. If its cervical vertebrae, you're talking about much more serious complications.

I agree also that many players were in position last year to make plays. I believe one offseason to get bigger, stronger, and faster will vastly help this stout defense. Also, moving Hatcher to MLB was a really good move which I think will show significant results. I would like us to be able to stop off-tackle runs more this season.

Did he not watch the game against AU last year? I hope that we beat them even worse this year at their home field! Maybe that will slap some sense into him. If he goes to AU, we can beat them four more years in a row. That would be classic

Honestly, I like the way Gore makes his cuts and his downfield vision better than Seastrunk. I think Seastrunk is good, don't get me wrong. But I think that he tries to go to the outside way to much. I would like to see him go up the middle more and break some tackles

Reed is good, but he would do much better at Auburn. He is not the prototypical type of WR that LSU uses anyway. All of our wideouts are tall and rangy. Trovon would do better elsewhere. James Wright is a much better fit in our system.

If I were a recruit, LSU would be cut off my list in a hurry. They can see plain and clear that this is a place where they cannot develop hence the Janzen and Reuben to Bama rumors. Just think about it. Miles needs to fire Peveto and Mallory and get a young fired up DC that knows what the hell he is doing. If he does that first thing in the offseason, we will keep our guys, if not, Miles' job is in jeopardy.
