As the Kursk Raid comes to a predictable conclusion we should ask ourselves what it was the Ukrainians set out to accomplish and whether, in light of those goals, the raid was a success or a failure. Before the Russian mobilization in 2023 there were only like 70K Russians in the whole of Donbas. There are at least a half million today.
