I've heard that there is another group or chat where members are sharing trade info and tips. More of a chat dialog instead of topics in a board. Its a little harder to follow updates and other tips when the board keeps anchoring topics. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks for all of you guys who research all these companies and give us regular day job folks insider info. I really appreciate it.

Can't believe I've never heard of the safety razor before. Do you change the blade every shave with this razor?

I assume with this type of razor you have to use shaving cream? How much easier is it to cut yourself with this safety razor?

Lumberjack boys... I definitely feel like the mach 3 type razors shave too close and that's the problem. As the hair tries to grow back out I get inflammation on soon

Need recommendations for best electric razor. My face doesn't like the regular mach 3 type razors. I've never used the razors with the 3 heads etc. What's the best thing on the market for a dry shave, electric.

Second home in Florida

Anybody in here have a second home in Florida? I'm looking into purchasing a home in Florida on beach. I'd like to know the tax and legal ramifications of using it strictly as a vacation rental vs using it as a second home and renting it out like that. Anybody here doing this? I know you can make a lot of income on property renting it out, but I don't know anything about the taxes or business model for vacation rental home vs additional home.

Colorado - Summer Time

We are going to Denver this saturday for 1 week. We are trying to finalize our plans. We are heading to the mountains to enjoy nature with our 2 yr old daughter. We cannot decide if we want to:
1) Spend the whole week in a ski town breckenridge etc and then travel around by car each day.

2)Split the trip into 2 locations and stay in Estes Park or Grand Lake to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Other city? Then move to a ski town for a few days. What recommendations on ski towns to stay for a few days?

I was thinking we could catch a concert at red rocks in the middle possibly as well.

All recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The issue I have is that this house is fairly old and I am about to sell it. I don't want to put 10-12k into a house I'm about to sell but I need A/C for the summer. I don't know what to do in this situation.
