I mean I doubt there are going to be a lot of cardiac weak kids dying from cardiac arrest from video games, but it is possible, kinda like those epileptic warnings that some video games display when they have flashing lights. Or the warning about eating raw seafood if your kidneys are liver are bad. Very small percentage of people, and rare to find cases.

Any sudden, physical exertion can do that to someone with a bad ticker. Ever heard of the phrase "Scaring someone to death?" Fun fact, a couple who had heart problems died from heart trouble when they had sex with each other.
