If it's as you claim, Disney would have suffered a massive loss in revenue. Instead, their subscriber count increased and their revenue grew by 23%. They're in no shape or way doing badly and if you think the average American is going to care about this beyond when it was covered by the news, you're going to be mistaken.

Walmart recently released their earnings and they missed as well.
So did Amazon.
Most retailers seem to be missing their earnings target.
So yes, it makes it more likely that it's the supply chain + inflation causing issues when most retailers seem to be hit by it.

Every earnings miss people on this board use as an example of 'go woke, go broke' but when 'woke' companies smash their earnings' targets (say like Microsoft), this board ignores them.
The more likely explanation is that going 'woke' has nothing to do with whether a company meets or doesn't meet its earnings. Outside of a few internet users, nobody purchases or stops purchasing based on how woke a company is.

As pointed out, the guy who perpetrated the shooting lived far away from any concentration of Black people to the point where he had to google where Black people were located in high numbers.

If there was a mass killing of babies in a single incident, it would absolutely get coverage.
Individual killings don't get that much coverage.
The Milwaukee shooting did get coverage (I'm not in the US at the moment and even I heard about it).
In any case, within a week, it will be forgotten like the countless other killings.
