Pain below left thumb

Seems to hurt after playing a round. Right handed golfer. Too tight a grip? Swinging too hard?

Where on your thumb is the pain? 3 most common causes of thumb pain I see are trigger thumb, thumb CMC arthritis, and de Quervain’s tenosynovitis.

I have the same issue. I just chalk it up to arthritis.

I had this about 20 years ago. Ended up being a torn ligament in my thumb and had to have it repaired. They took a good ligament out of my wrist and put it in my thumb.
