the 1 main complaint I had was the Yacht fight. I know they are both old but it looked really sloppy and sad. Most of the season was quite enjoyable though, and while kinda silly it was nice for Johnny to get the win.

The tournament point system was a bit wonky in that you can have the Male and Female champs and still not be the best dojo
The way of the gun I believe is the most entertaining opening scene I have ever witnessed.

the "think" there is an agenda part is because we all know it's there, I bet if i searched the credits of almost every movie there would be a DEI consultant. That being said i do believe there is a fatigue of things being included with little to no substance other than being included. Sadly this movie being judged for something that honestly felt natural, it just came at a time where "everyone is doing it". With today's children i think 1 in 7 is likely and i also didn't feel like it detracted from the story at all. Shazam 2 was a fun watch and if you enjoyed the first one you will enjoy this one.
Mox was a teenager. That may not completely excuse his behavior, but we were all dumb kids that thought we knew everything. Kilmer was the villain as he put winning a game over the health of the players
what a valuable contribution you provide to the conversation. Enjoy the internet
Maybe it's just the pessimist in me that has me thinking this way. I disliked Miles well before the bandwagon for it. I enjoyed the first couple of years and them got burnt out with his stubbornness and inability to adapt. Miles was possibly the best recruiter out there though, that man had more talent than anyone. He just couldn't coach it.

I don't think anyone out there was worth this contract (possibly Saban), the SEC is just to wildly different to compare with success elsewhere. Know i am saying this because its a 10 year contrant and not 4-5 (which is the most it should have been) and over triple his previous salary. There's no room for improvement, that contract states win a championship or LSU made a bad investment.
Sure there is some potential and I did say I hope to be proven wrong. Yet no one can deny the unprecedented love the media feeds notre dame, so his rankings for the last decade have been padded by misguided media love. One of his most successful seasons (2012) has all victories stripped due to NCAA violation. The next best season he had was 2020 in which covid ruined the sport for the year, he swam to the top during the chaos.
Maybe he will prove himself, but nothing of his past justifies a 10 year contract. This is where my anger is coming from. If he's not coaching a top 5 team in 3 years then how much time and money is being pissed away AGAIN?
I'll be amazed if this coach can do better than a 3 loss season anytime during his overpaid contract. That being said i hope I am wrong and Geaux Tigers.
I can admit I am a best and worst fan. I love LSU, but I despise Brian Kelly. I dislike him and that's my right, and the fact that they signed an absurdly long and overpriced contract for the mediocrity he will bring is laughable. I don't think he will have terrible seasons, he will limp along to never winning a championship. 2 and 3 loss seasons for the next decade does not appeal to me.

BR Breakfast Burrito

Food truck or restaurant in Baton Rouge with the best breakfast burritos. Preferably a mexican style burrito. What recommendations can anyone suggest?
It's not futuristic, Star Wars took place "A long time ago in a Galaxy far far away" and to Quote Arthur C. Clarke "Magic's just science that we don't understand yet"
