Yes, that is what is in reserves. When demand continues to exceed supply, you reduce the reserves. This came straight from the commissioner of agriculture’s presentation this morning.
It’s how many months the amount of commodity in storage can supply before it runs out.

Agree. You need to be careful using Aluminum sulfate. It will drop pH quickly and burn the grass if you apply to much at one time. Elemental Sulfur acts much slower. Fertilizing with Ammonium sulfate as your nitrogen source will have an acidifying affect on the soil, although much less than adding sulfur. What parish are you in? Your county agent gets a copy of your soil test as well. They can give you recommendations. I do it all the time for my people in my parish.

Modern treated lumber is safe for use. I wouldn’t recommend using railroad ties though.
Yes, depending on the active ingredient it can damage your turfgrass. It can also kill landscape plants and trees.
Expect a thinner canopy with spare vegetation and reduced flowering with increasing amounts of shade. They do best in full sun.
Chiffon and majesty are miniature azaleas. The other will reach a 4-5 x 4-5 feet size. I’d space in a single row about 4-5 feet part. If the soil is poorly drained, you’ll need to build up a row. I’d test the soil first to make sure the pH is right. Azaleas prefer a pH around 5-5.5. It’s easier to adjust pH before planting.
Their 2-fold purpose in instituting the vaccine: 1 division through scare tactics among vaxxed vs unvaxxed. 2 kill young people to weaken population.
Alluvial soils along the Mississippi, Atchafalaya, Red rivers are the most fertile soils. Forest in other areas of the state is/was a big industry. Florida parishes’ soils are not great for agronomic crops. The climate is also conducive to pretty much all insects and diseases that affect the major crops we can grow (corn, soybeans, cotton). Our climate is too hot for wheat, other than a small amount of winter wheat grown in a few areas.
Bavarian region of Germany is worth the trip. Switzerland is nice but way more expensive. Austria is very nice.

Have you seen the price for ammonium nitrate? This is from back in September:
