re: "Starter" Home Gym Suggestions
Posted by david992 on 3/15/21 at 4:48 am
I like your list, from it I'm thinking of even adding to mine. I think it will be better than spending money on the hall again, besides with quarantine it is unclear whether it will work properly and when. Thank you for sharing. ...
re: Pre Workout Non Stim Rec’s?

Don't ask, training in masks is hell. After two of those workouts, I decided to train at home until the quarantine passed. But it's not going to pass. I don't know how people train with masks on. ...
re: Fear of deadlifts
Posted by david992 on 3/9/21 at 1:36 am
This is the first time I've heard of it, but the act is that it doesn't work for everyone. But why be afraid? I didn't do them because of the contraindication. Of course, without preparation, you can hurt yourself. ...
re: What is your go-to salad sandwich?
Posted by david992 on 3/9/21 at 1:21 am
It's so simple but so great. I like to add chicken to increase the protein as well as cheese. But I try not to add bacon, it makes me sick. But I do add a lot of lettuce. ...
re: Multivitamins recommendations
Posted by david992 on 3/5/21 at 7:46 am
I always insist on taking vitamins only after taking all the right tests. Otherwise, you can only harm yourself. Besides, it is very individual. ...
