"Born to Run" is a great book. There's a lot of advice in it, but I rarely find any really worthwhile. Usually, it's either a checklist or just a bunch of the standard "do a warm-up, bring water, pick up some music." ...
Don't ask, training in masks is hell. After two of those workouts, I decided to train at home until the quarantine passed. But it's not going to pass. I don't know how people train with masks on. ...
