Concur. He’s been with several teams for one year each recently. No promotions to DC, always a DB coach. Too much job hopping with mediocre results. Is the cupboard this bare?

The guy has bounced from team to team over the past few years. DB coach, not promoted in any of them. Shaping up to be a terrible hire IMO if in fact he becomes the DC.
