re: Full body workout plan recommendations
Posted by romrom on 4/27/21 at 7:48 am to PorkSammich
I would personally start off with a 3x a week full body workout. Each workout pick four from deadlift, squat, benchpress, shoulder press, dumbell rows, lat pull down and dips, then you could end each exercise with a couple of isolation exercises eg bicep curls/calf raises/tricep press and so forth. Work in the 6-10 rep range, mixing it up. If you can easily do 10 reps then increase the weight.
Focus on eating lean meats/ fish/ with some pasta/rice, nuts/seeds and veg also important, some fruit too.
Get a solid 8 hours a week sleep and try to avoid processed food. Once you have put on a decent amount of muscle mass (could be well over a year, depends how good your genetics are) then look at HIIT to lower body fat percentage.

We switched from Verizon to Total Wireless just over a year ago. Would highly recommend anybody to do the same. For 2 lines we pay $60 month for unlimited data, talk, text. There is some limit of after 25gb of data (something like that) it slows down, but we’ve never hit that and we use our data quite a bit.
I have no words. That's adorable! I've seen only such great photos on danielturbertphotography webite. Actually I draw much inspiration from such resources
re: Kitchen Cabinet Painting Help

CABINET REFINISHING is quite a challenging process:
Remove doors, hinges, drawer fronts from cabinet boxes.
Mask inside of all the cabinets to protect items from dust, & lacquer.
To mask walls, floors, countertops & any other others to be protected from finish, kitchen
will be sealed off from the rest of the house.
Apply a degreaser/deglosser to all doors, drawer front, & boxes to remove any dust, dirt,
grime, grease, or oils.
Sand all doors, drawers, & boxes using an electric sander to remove previous clear coat
finish, & small crevices by hand.
Chemical clean all doors, drawers, and boxes.
Apply solvent based high adhesion Surface primer then to apply a solid color premium,non-yellowing pre-catalyzed LAQUER with a satin/eggshell finish, exact SOLID color(s) to be chosen by owner.
Sanding between each coat to achieve a smooth fine finish, 2-3 coats will be applied by
spray. So I'm doing research on https://indoor2outdoor.com/best-paint-sprayers-for-cabinets/ .

My advice is hold back from booking until the situation becomes more clear, nearer the time, the usual European favourites like Greece and Spain will get expensive when covid rates drop, but further away in more exotic areas will still be available for a bargain. I'm personally planning my trip to Greece next year- get all documents arranged and translated through https://thewordpoint.com/services/certified/certified-translations-affidavit . Oh and almost forgot to mention Albania. It is a favourite of ours for a summer trip...last time I looked they were fully open, and had been for quite a time. Keep us informed please, this could be informative for the more adventurous travellers amongst us.

I am also looking to pick one up for a few projects BY LINK. I originally was just going to pick up the cheap one at Lowes but it gets such bad reviews it sounds like having nothing is better than having one of those.
A cup of tea is enough
