An old gym locker would make a durable and cheap cabinet.

Beautiful welds. Congratulations on your welding skills!
I remember those days. You could not use anything to catch a frog that would "...puncture the skin or redden the meat...". Chopped off their heads with a hatchet, and skinned them out. Most all of them had one or two big crawfish in them.

Sure did, and his name was Jones. Wrote a book about it as I recollect.

Not a good thing in snake country. Reptile Deliverance? Have worn LaCrosse Burleys most of my adult life, and have yet to get bitten. Unfortunately, I am not too sure about the new Chinese version.

Another vote for the 25/06. Many years ago, an old Texas hunting guide told me that he had witnessed the demise of hundreds of whitetails with numerous calibers. He went on to state that in his experience, he thought the 25/06 was the perfect whitetail caliber. I grew up shooting the 30/06, so I thought I would just prove him wrong. I bought a 25/06 Encore pistol, and learned how effective the 25/06 really is. With the trio of the 25/06, 30/06 and 35 Whelen, you are set for anything in North America.
