It is a total scam as I had a certified copy of Birth Certificate, and they would not except, needed original from Parish, cost $40. Now I have had a La. Lic. for 50 plus years with same # but that is not proof enough, typical Govt. BUll CRAP
Put a hair dryer on pipe under unit, its frozen at that point or just entering siding, takes about 15 minutes also leave faucet open so it can flow
Termites can get around chemical barrier
Had same issue and its the LG compressor ,call the 1-800 number and it still should be under warranty. They will send out a tech to diagnose and if it is will send you a new one free but you still have to pay labor , about $700

Problem with Cub Cadet is you have to disengage blades to back up, my old craftsman cut both ways and lasted 12 years
Get A/C company to pay for all damages, if its from his work, he has ins for this if he is rebuttal
Had this issue years ago and it was the lug screws at the meter that were coming loose. Took three Entergy guys to finally figure it out
Check your drai line for a clog as if it did not finish pumping all water out it will not let water in. Just happened to ours and drain was clogged in hose

The name of web is LOUIE and you need a real Birth certificate not a copy. Whats funny is I have had the same drivers lic for 54 years ,so how is it thats not enough? Just the govt making you spend another $35 for a birth cert.

Gas valve is bad , you can replace it but how old is heater
Bought one in 2005 and it had brake problems from day one and after repeated.repairs to pads and rotors the caliper locked up and wound up costing me over a $1000 to repair. Got a sorry we can not help you letter from Nissan. Never buy this junk
There is an internal drain tray that water flows off coils too, unit needs to be opened and cleaned

Pull cabinets and sheetrock and insulation/ spray with a good mold killer like PRO Line take lots of pics and send all cost to insurance company
check to see if plastic tube has a crack in it, you will need to pull tank off to change

Putting a knee wall will just transfer movement and flex of roof to lower ceiling and will cause cracking in drywall
