re: Anyone here walked the Camino de Santiago?
Posted by holdthattiger016 on 6/2/26 at 7:50 pm to Slippy
I walked it about 10 years ago on the Camino Frances. A family member and I started in St Jean and walked all the way to Santiago in about a month. We backpacked the whole way, stayed in albergues, and did pilgrims meals most of the time. If you’re able (both financially and able to dedicate the time) I’d highly recommend it. It’s mentally tough at times but so rewarding.
re: Wood Privacy Fence - Last minute tips, advice?

I just did this recently. One tip that really helped the product of my fence: Once you've done your posts and stringers, screw in pickets about every 16' at the height you're thinking. Throw a screw in the top of each and run a string along the tops. From there you can take a step back to look at the slopes and make any last minute adjustments up and down so your pickets make more gradual slope changes.

You can try the Camino de Santiago in Spain. A pilgrimage walk with plenty of people from all over the world making the same walk to find themselves at different stages of life. You’ll have days/nights filled with conversation and days/nights alone to your own thoughts. One of the best trips I’ve ever made
