Cajun restaurant/shop in Fairview tn

Can any of y’all recall the name of the Cajun joint in Fairview tn outside of Nashville? I know the there one there but can’t find it searching, I think it has the word roux in it, thanks

You sure it's in Fairview? Looks like there's a Papa Boudreaux's down the road in Santa Fe.

You are probably thinking about Voodoo Gumbo in Bellevue, TN, also west of Nashville. Was really good when it first opened and has gone downhill a little, but still good. I wouldn’t waste time going to the one in Sante Fe, it’s not very good.

I found it, it’s called Roux de View in Fairview tn, It’s kinda like a boutique shop but apparently the owner is from Louisiana and brings back boudin and other things to sell, I’m still a little confused about it. They were closed when I went by there so I didn’t get to go in and talk to anyone.
