yeah the application of paint part specifically reads "Prepare and apply paint to all stucco on exterior of home" on the quote he prepared for me. The "exterior painting" includes everything but the stucco. Are these prices ridiculous thus eliminating #3 or do you think this is reasonable? Crazy tha...

Yea they would purchase the paint as far as I understand. #1 and #3 have the cost of the carpentry and supplies included in the total. #2 would require painters with the base cost of #3,800 and then an additional contractor would come out to do the carpentry for approximately $600. ...
