Well I seen him play football as well and he doesn’t standout near as much on a football field. Not saying he isn’t talented on the football field just not near as polished

O ok. I was just saying the kid is very impressive and you don’t see a talent like him very often especially as a Junior in high school.

Agreed. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear his name called in the 1st round next year.

He went 0-3 I believe. Struck out twice looking but like I said the pitcher from Doyle was throwing some filthy stuff. The other 2 times I had seen him play he smashed. I don’t know how many dingers he hit this year but I believe it’s quiet a few.

Today I watched Rosepine win the 2A state championship against Doyle. What a game! Both pitchers threw gems. I’ve seen Ethan behind the dish twice this year and he is an incredible Catcher but he threw a complete game with 12Ks today. I was very impressed with his speed, location, and off speed. I hope this guy makes it to campus. Congratulations Rosepine Eagles. Might want to look at that kid from Doyle too he had some nasty off speed.

He is one of my favorite players but there is definitely something off. I know he is banged up a bit but mistakes like the one showed in the video at the top of this post are high school mistakes and he made at least three just like this that cost the D huge plays. It makes me think his head is some where else. I’m not saying it’s on the NFL it just may be something a little deeper.
No way Ohio State misses on this guy unless...Joe flys up there and says if you don’t want to go 6-6 you better come with me back to tiger land.??
During the Busch Challenge they would also have 11 yr old all star teams from the surrounding area play games in the dome before the college games started. It was one of the greatest memories of my youth to get to play on the same field before LSU vs Ga Tech. After we played we got to watch the games with all you can eat hot dogs and all you can drink cokes. For an 11 yr old that was the life??

Just talked to 88 and his ride fell through! :geauxtigers: That tells me that Bama is out because it wasn't important enough to find another ride. There was no sense of urgency when I was talking to him. :geauxtigers: :geauxtigers: :geauxtigers:
To each his own. I don't blame you. You don't know me from adam but I expect you to put Ponamsky's credibility in a freezer truck if he is wrong.

Ponamsky clarified on ST that Washington is not visiting Bama but will take an UOV to BR and help recruit
He is wrong Jacory is eastbound tonight.

So, if it looks like Bama is giving Jacory more attention right now than LSU, it is for good reason.
Agreed but you know how kids are though.

Just passing info. I talked to him a little over an hour ago.

I understand Bama, though I wouldn't go there if I planned on living in Louisiana after football, but I just don't understand Ole Miss.
Ole Miss has been his favorite visit thus far. I think winning championships is what has kept him with LSU.
He has been apart of recruiting for LSU during this period but I think the attention the other two have been giving him as of late are make him think a little bit. Like I said I think he will honor his commitment but is having some second thoughts.

He just wants to experience other places, not necessarily "interested" in other places.
I respect what you are saying and yes kids do want to feel that kind of treatment but he has expressed to me that he is still interested in a couple other schools. OM and Bama. I can tell you for sure that he is a little bit on the fence right now.

Yes it's true he is visiting Bama. Burns Called him in my presence yesterday. Good news is he was going to let me answer the phone and tiger bait him but Burns hung up. Bad news is that 88 is showing some signs of interest in other places and thats a fact. He is a good kid I think he will honor his commitment. :geauxtigers: :geauxtigers: :geauxtigers:
